Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -

For people who like to be naked in the house...

One thing I have noticed at work is that I get warmer easier and can't wait to get home and strip! Home now and it feels sooooo good! Anyone else have that problem when you have to be dressed?

RE: Overheated

I too tend to run hot all the time. Rarely am I wearing a shirt at
home. Just shorts if i have to. It does feel really nice when I can
strip down to nothing as I believe your body can regulate it's temp
better that way.

It's funny that I ran across this thread today. I just posted to all my friends on facebook to be extra careful outdoors. It's going to be 100 here on Saturday and I lost a neighbor 2 years ago to heat stroke. He wanted to get that little bit extra done in the yard and pushed it too far. We are not as young as we once were and our body doesn't regulate as well either. Hydrate often and don't push it.

RE: Overheated

Has Mar seen a doctor about her high body core heat? Is it a new challenge or has she always been this way? Or is she having hot flashes? Asking because I have a high body core heat, I am always too hot, always have been. Recently a new heat started where all my muscles became hot all at once. My wife said I was having hot flashes but when I described this to my doctor I was immediately sent to the lab for blood work which proved I am now suffering from an autoimmune disease, polymyalgia. Muscles heating up all at once for no apparent reason is one of the symptoms. Just asking to make certain she is OK.We think that this is the end of the hot flushes that women get when they're not longer young (diplomatically put)
She doesn't have the same hot flushes that she used to, i.e. light headed, slight nausea etc. but she does still have spells where she gets very hot.
On the plus side, it's encouraging her to wear less when at home :-)

RE: Overheated

I work outside a great deal (in public) and the temps are often 95'F ... the difference after I get home and strip is truly amazing. I suspect our bodies just breathe better nude.

That is what I was getting at with my post. It seems the more I go nude, the warmer I am with clothes on, even in a air conditioned office. Really wish I could work from home more lol

RE: Overheated

Really wish I could work from home more lolTell me about it. My idea of heaven would be a sun shade for my laptop and me working out all day in the garden.
I can do 90% of my work anywhere with an internet connection, but unfortunately, work like me on site
