Similar situation. My front door is on the side and I have a gate so people cannot come directly to the door. I can peer out and they cannot see my birthday suit!

My house sits 50 yards back from the road, there are a ton of trees between my house and the road, and I have four-foot barrier on the edge of the porch. When the trees have leaves, my house is barely visible from the road and I can freely be outside my house - front and back - without concern for being seen by anyone off my property. Nearest house is probably 200 yards away. During the winter, my house can be seen and I'm fairly cautious being out front. But even in the winter, the four-foot barrier prevents anyone from seeing me while I'm on my porch.
