I have secured a 2BR 2BA apartment in a very central part of San Diego (near Trolley, Alvarado Hospital, SDSU) and I am hoping for a nudist roommate starting May, 1st, 2020. Rent is $800 + half utilities. Deposit - up to 2 to 3x rent. There is a CalKing bed in your room and living room. Respectful, responsible, friendly and no drama is a must. I will be in town and be able to show the place towards the end of April.

The unit and your room is very spacious, has dual pane windows, laminate flooring, kitchen and central A/C and heat (though it rarely gets hot in summer). You'll have your own bathroom in the hallway. Amenities include a laundromat and pool at the complex.

Absolutely no drugs, smoking or vaping inside the unit.

About Me:
I'm graduating with a degree in Nutrition and will be doing an internship in Fall.
I'm a minimalist, very cost-conscious, like to sleep late and cook often, but not a huge fan of cooking all the time. I enjoy being naked, and I'm single and gay, but looking for a platonic roommate. Any age (18+) welcome!
