I feel your pain. Have the same problem.I too used to have a very tight foreskin. So tight it often made sex painful. So in my mid-twenties I went ahead with a circumcision. Whilst extremely embarrassing to have it at that age it was the best thing I ever did.the thought did cross my mind a few times to get it cut but now at 63 and after years of sex of one sort or another, it has become loose enough that it is not a major problem anymore. Still feel the tightness but the pain is definitely a lot less. I for one am still very glad I never got it cut.

I feel your pain. Have the same problem.I too used to have a very tight foreskin. So tight it often made sex painful. So in my mid-twenties I went ahead with a circumcision. Whilst extremely embarrassing to have it at that age it was the best thing I ever did.I had that problem. So I kept my foreskin pulled back all the time to stretch it. It did work. Having been kept pulled back for many years it isn't tight even when I'm fully grown and erect. As a grower I double in size.
Depends on the temperature for me. First thing in the morning i look in the mirror and pretty pleased with myself as it looks about 4" when soft, an hour later when it is cold it looks about 1" with long foreskin and erect it is 6" but wide. Most folk have loved my foreskin as it feels like silk but to look at i do sometimes wish it stayed around the 4" to 6" but thats just me. others look at my face and not my penis but it is all in the head.
I am loosely cut. Sometimes I will get undressed, especially like at the doctors office and it will look as though I am uncut. I reach down and give it a pull or two to get it out of its skin and show itself. I have always said that my penis is shy, even though I tend to be on the exhibitionist side.
