Soft, I'm nothing to write home about, hanging between 3 and 4 inches. But with a stiff breeze, magical things happen. Fully hard, I'm about 7 inches long and 7.5 inches around. People are usually genuinely surprised! So, I guess this group seemed like the best fit for me. If you split the difference, I'm average!
That being said, I don't carry any shame. I'm perfectly comfortable being seen at both my smallest and my largest, and everything in between!

Simply put, if someone judges a person solely based on what they have hanging between their legs, that person is not worth wasting time on. There is much more complexity to people, and honestly all human bodies are different and beautiful in their own ways.

I similar issue, just not as thick. Soft is nothing exciting to see- But i have a big range when hard. with an average "working" size of 7-8" and just over 9" as my max. The inconsistency can be annoying but also an exciting surprise for other :)

I did my own survey, without the benefit of a ruler but with a much
bigger sample size. I observed 1000 men on big nude beaches on
three occasions - that's 3000 men. And I worked out that they were
about my size flaccid. Of course I couldn't observe 3000 erections
but other websites quote 5.2 inches as theaverage erect
penis lengths.
Always and still think I'm on the smaller side. Soft about 3 inches, erect most of the time 5.5 inches. Have made it up to 6 inches when extremely excited and rock hard. Measurement around is 6 inches. Not mentioned here but I pre cum a lot, how about the rest of you guys?
Do we men make it out to be more than what it is? Yes, most of us want to be the bigger one, king of the hill kinda thing but life isn't that way and our DNA gave us what we have. For an individual to feel he is not worthy as a man due to his penis size is something I find rather unsettling and speaks a lot the the fabrication that society has place on been BIG. Some of us men were blessed, it's not like we had a say while in our 9 months of coming together what our genitals would be like. If you're going to be judge by our genitals, size of penis and/or balls, that is WRONG and those doing it are shallow to be polite. Now about size, for those speaking they are small , when you use % to compare soft to erection, in general smaller penis % wise grow much bigger than hung penis. In other words you are 3 and your 6, then you get twice the production but a guy who is hung (6), he'd had to grow to 12 to get the same production, and how many 12s are there? Let's be happy with what we've been given thru our DNA.
Just for the record, 4.5 soft, 8.5 hard, 9 total excited and 3 after a good release...:) so I guess I fit the small size, and hung size?
