Like being smooth but hard to do
Return to DiscussionsShaving is the easiest. I started using an Epilady a few years ago, but you have to make sure the skin is pulled flat and tight. Not to be graphic, but it helps if you have an erection. WARNING, this is basically plucking a lot of hair very quickly and that hurts the first few times!!! Also, many waxing/nail salons will offer male Brazilians, but Ive never tried it. Im just not that comfortable with a stranger messing around down there.
I shave my balls every day using a Remington model 5800 cordless shaver . I stretch the skin and no bleeding . Takes about 3 minutes . After shaving my balls itch so I use a product called Tend Skin available on Amazon . I use the roll on so there is no waste . It burns for a moment because it has some alcohol in it. No more razor burn.
I also like to be smooth and actually i have used a variety of techniques when i started it was foam and razor but could get painful and messy with nicks from razor
I then progressed to Veet for women put if you leave it on more than 10 Mins it burns severely a friend recently mentioned that you could get a Veet for men but i have never been able to locate it
I am now using "Nair" sensitive hair removal which i leave on for 8 mins then remove there is a slight skin irritation
I have tried shaving, Veet/Nair and waxing.
I find shaving is the easiest, pulling the skin tight and using a rotary electric shaver or a razor. But it needs to be done every day.
The chemist sells creams (Veet/Nair) in various strengths including one for a bikini wax. It is intended for use around the genitals and lasts a week. It is important to follow the instructions precisely. Leaving it on too long burns the skin.
Waxing is the best. I used to get a periodic full body wax. It took between 2 and 3 hours. Whilst painful it was not too painful. I enjoyed the attention of the female waxer, ending in an hours "intimate" waxing (butt, crack, sack, pubes and shaft) she handled me expertly. It was expensive and the body hair had to be allowed to grow to a certain length before each waxing.
Each method has its plusses and minuses.
I have also tried laser treatment and an epilator. The first was not effective on my gray hairs and the second was very painful, especially when trapping/tugging on folds in the scrotum. I found the singing from a NoNo to work but it left a stubble.
I shave about ever other day. I use a safety razor on my genitals and a rotary razor on the rest of my body with no irritation, but that's from many years of shaving. I agree that there are some areas that are hard is get at, but the end result is worth it.
Different individuals have varied tolerance for all methods mentioned in the posts. I have successfully shaved myself many times with multi-blade razor and gel for sensitive skin, but it's a slower process for me than other guys have mentioned. Prefer a professional wax removal Brazilian. Outstanding results, no irritation and much easier maintenance.

I too prefer waxing. After a couple of times and it does not even sting. Also, most places use a numbing cream that helps a lot. For me, I like the zero maintenance for several weeks.
