& updated Forest Hills 2BR apartment. It's situated a
block away from the M/R subway with easy access to the express E/F
subways or the LIRR station at Forest Hills. Great for
commuting to midtown Manhattan or likewise if you wish to go out to
Fire Island and points east. Austin street is a short walk
away for nightlife & entertainment. The bedroom includes a
private bathroom with shower, no tub, a huge walk-in closet, large
windows which overlook the street. I am looking for a fellow
male nudist, someone neat & clean, upscale person, employed out
of the house, prefer a regular 9-5 type schedule, no substances of
any type allowed in the apartment, non-smokers only. I'm
asking $1750/month (negotiable for the right person).
