My guess is that those groups that got deleted allowed the posting of images of erections. My suggestion would be to either not allow the posting of any images or be certain that only images that do not show erections are posted.
Make this a purely discussion group.
If a group is "Private" and the internal media folder is also "private" then there is more leeway as someone must be accepted into the group before discussion and pics.
I can tell you from my experience running a private group they will delete them from the gallery too.

And also have penis envy. I dont know how many times I have seen a dude post a pic completely flaccid showing face and body and they get banned. Ridiculous
