Male Bonding2
For those who like to explore the concept and dynamics of male bonding. Men are socialized in different ways in different societies, and so many men would like to have close male friendships, yet after spending time establishing a career, primary relationship and live in general, find themselves without close male friends. Many of us want male friends with whom we can share openly without...
Many straight lads here?
Return to DiscussionsHi all - i was just wondering as a straight lad that enjoys nude male company - am i the only one? Also if im not do you ever get lads getting the wrong idea when you say you want to hang out naked with them? I just enjoy the bonding from being naked with a couple of nudist pals.
my st8 nephew and I have no problem hanging out naked, we are just guys hanging out, also a lot of his friends have no problem being naked at the house, its cool sexuality is not an issue just guys comfortable naked its so nice.
It's like political correctness! All crap! Just be free to be yourself!Society today is soooooo screwed up!
And we're not buying it! Guys hanging out naked are exactly that: guys hanging out naked. Camaraderie is no more defined by orientation than dominant handedness.
Nonetheless, keep an eye out for those left-handers, I hear they can be pretty perverse and their wiring almost makes them another species!

Believe it or not, just as hard on the gay side as well. I enjoy private bonding with play but that's a planned, consensual thing that isn't really about nudism... and really just enjoy hanging out nude with other men, don't care about orientation in that setting because it's just men being social and relaxed, which all men need, regardless.
Most times I have gone to or hosted for purely social nudism, even with clear discussion beforehand, it's not at all what was advertised (again, no judgment just not what I was going for and the host should have been honest), hosting, I've had guys assume because I am gay that they can just decide to do what they want... or that I don't really mean naturist when I say naturist.
It boils down to communication and being clear about what it is you are looking for, taking the time to get to know one or two nudist buds well before say, watching a game drinking beer/eating pizza and talking trash (I did this the once at home and it was surprisingly way more fun than I imagined and it was just social... two hours though and it was over.
My advice, as counterintuitive as it is, is to not worry about orientation and focus on whether the bloke is honest, openly a nudist, clear on boundaries and upfront about what they are looking for in terms of social bonding. Men who won't talk about it at all or who are evasive or get huffy that's usually a sign they are either not ready or upfront. I've had several so called straight guys hit me up on the side when that was off the table and it just ends the friendship. Straight nudists get hounded by some gay dudes too.
If you have a nude volleyball, rugby or other sports team that's the best way as long as it's mixed league naturist rules... there are a couple here but they are too good for me to join as I am shite at both sports.
Can't speak for anyone else. Hanging out naked to hang out with other nudists is just that. It's a chance to feel comfortable around other like minded people. Sexual orientation shouldn't be an issue. Really, shouldn't even matter what the gender of the person. If it's just for nudist fun (not sex) then none of that should make any difference.
As a left handed person I take offense to that statement. That's like saying all black people are criminals. I hope you are saying that in jest. I'm very creative; musician, fine art photographer, woodworker, animal lover, people lover (both sexes in both ways- platonic and sexual when it's appropriate and mutual). This perverse person whom you dealt with doesn't define the rest of the left handed population.
I sense such a big difference between real nudist and those men that just want to have sex and we are kind of lumped together on this site not knowing the motives of the other guy with any degree of certainty. Sex is great and no one loves it more than a nudist. But hanging out together doesn't always mean sex is next so why should it matter the sexual preference of the other nudist gathered around you?
