Stretching my PA
Return to DiscussionsI found that was my case in going from 6g to 4g. I had had the 6g for about a year. I put a little Emu Oil on the 4g ring and it slipped in with no problems. When I spoke with my original piercer about the upsizing before I did it, he indicated going from 6g to 4g was pretty easy but after that, going to lower numbers may require stretching. There are tools to do that.
I waited 6-9 months before my gauge changes. I did find that most required no stretch. I bit of emu oil or lube on the new piece of jewelry should be sufficient. If you notice space around the fistula you should be good to go without the aid of a taper. A warm/hot environment, or directly after a soak in a tub will also help, you want the skin pliable. Good Luck.
Thanks for the tips guys!
Ive got another question. Im not too sure how big I want to go, but having a bigger PA, does that effect Sex at all? Like do you find that you need to take it out? Thats one thing Im a bit skeptical about if I do continue stretching
I was pierced at 10g and immediately stretched to 8g. I let the weight of the 8g ring naturally stretch me and went easily to 6g after about 7 months. I did the same when going to 4g and am now at 2g. To answer your question, sex at 2ga is much better than at the smaller gauges.
A lot depends on your anatomy, your partner's preference and the type of jewelry. If you are not so endowed the larger jewelry may look out of proportion. Your partner may not be comfortable when engaging in any type of sex with a PA. Stainless jewelry weighs a lot more than acrylic or titanium and some guys like the weight. Your partner may not like something flopping around so type of jewelry comes into play and how easy it is to remove and replace after an encounter.
I had a PA for several years and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had stretched it to 0g.
My favorite and most comfortable was a curved bar bell with an oversized ball.
Unfortunately I had to give up wearing it due to a constant buildup of scar tissue that formed around the piercing :(
It became very painful around the piercing and I had to constantly dig out the scar tissue to temporarily relieve the issue.
Ive had my jewelry removed for more than 2 years now but still have the piercing hole in the end of my penis, which has closed up somewhat.
Id dearly love to be able to go back to my 0g bar but the constant issues of scar tissue and pain arent worth the hassle.
Any ideas ???
Maybe an allergic reaction to the metal? Nickel allergy is common in most people with vastly different levels of reaction. Mine is so severe that I rejected high grade surgical steel pins that were implanted when I had wrist surgery. The stud in my earring has to be gold plated. I went with titanium for my PA and never had a problem.
After a few years, finally ordered a 8g to stretch out my PA (Going from 10g). Anyone got any first hand tips? Im hoping it just goes in because it seems like the hole has just naturally stretched itself over time
I've had my PA for a bit over 13 months and have worked my way up to 6 gauge (4mm). It took a while to upgrade from 8 gauge (3.2 mm), finally achieved with a 3 to 4 mm sounding rod. I'm hoping to go to 4 gauge (5mm) soon but am not rushing it. All the advice is to do it slowly and gently. BTW at 6 gauge my ring is heavy enough to feel it move as I walk. And it tinkles on the bent barbell through my scrotum.
