Sunbathing: there is a tiny official sunbathing area for men only at the Men's Pond, Highgate (nearest station Gospel Oak, London Overground or Kentish Town tube then bus to Hampstead Heath). Naked sunbathign anywhere else is potentially illegal, though there are a few areas which are used unofficially and appear to be tolerated (provided you behave).
Spas: Rio's in Kentish Town is the best known. There is also a smaller one called Elixir near Alexandra Park.
Clubs (disco style): there is a mixed club monthyl in Dalston (inviotation only) and a men only club (www.nudityclub.co.uk) twice monthly in Vauxhall.
Clubs (sun clubs) there area number on the edge of London but most are difficult to reach by public transport. See www.nuff.org.uk for details/further suggestions.
