I havent been to osho ashram any time. But during collage days I had lecturer who was follower of it. They believe in nature. And so nudity can be a part of it. Nudists has lot to grow in that sense. Even perfumes are not allowed there. they believe its your body aroma speaks for your nature. and helps you to connect to right people. So its not a nudist ashram.
