I Remain Nude When Guests/service P
This group is for ALL fellow nudists whom remain nude, regardless of who visits the home. Personally, I have always remained nude for every guest and visitor to my home, including neighbors, plumbers, cable and telephone techs., Fedex, UPS, food/pizza delivery, and many more. It's every nudists right to be nude when at home. Why cover up? Please feel free to share your experience.

Return to DiscussionsHi, Ive had this mentality that it should be all right for me to answer the door naked for delivery people. Ive even posted on Reddit in r/nudism about it, but the overwhelming response there was for me to just cover up.
My house is the last trailer in a small park. Its fairly private on this side, I even go sunbathing in my front yard nude. Its a tiny yard, but the chain link fence is overgrown by bushes, so our neighbors cant see me when Im lying down. Anyway, Ive been thinking about posting a sign that would say that this is a nudist household, and have it go on to say if you are offended by nudity, ring the doorbell, otherwise, knock. Most of the services we use to deliver dont have a space for us to add that in, and I want to give them full control of what they want to be exposed to.
What advice would you give, and what experience have you had with services like Uber Eats it Door Dash in regards to answering the door nude?
I have a sing by my front door that used to read " If you are not bareFOOT you are overdressed" It reads much better with the word FOOT covered up. That being said, over the years i have greeted many folks bare and honestly only gotten a couple of negative responses. I do know that there is a note in my file at the electric company that says " homeowner walks around naked". A friend of mine worked there and tipped me off to the internal memo.
I like the idea of knock or ring bell. I'm going to change my sign from "Nudists Live Here" to "This is a Nudist Home". Sounds friendlier to my ear.
Full disclosure, I'm not comfortable answering bare for female service or delivery folks. Just not my thing.
The local pizza delivery places have notes on our account that I'm a nudist and send drivers who are comfortable. Pest control, Geek Squad, etc., that come with some regularity also have it on file that I'm a nudist and ask me to cover up if the tech isn't comfortable. Many don't care.
As for Door Dash/Uber Eats/Grub Hub, If the diver texts to say they're on the way I ask the dress for delivery question. If they don't, it depends on my mood LOL. If I'm having a particularly naked day, I stay that way.

We have a sign on the drive way that says " You will encounter nudity beyond this point." It works. They also proably know because we tell anyone coming that doesn't already know. Sometimes though when hiring people they don't always relay the message to who's doing the work.
