But there those who live in the area and are not travelling at that particular time.They don't change because they are not travelling, so why not have a section for those who would still like to meet up etc, just as if they were staying in the hotel. What's the difference? Get prior notice by stating when and where on here, and then just start a discussion or whatever on here. I'd offer my company, if and when available, in my area.
