Hawai'i Nudists
Nudist that live in Hawaii, want to visit Hawaii.
Hawaii, 18-31 August
Return to DiscussionsMy husband & I are coming to Hawaii for the last two weeks of August. We want to island hop and explore as much as we can. Where and what to do isnt decided, yet. I wanted to post to get advice from our great nudist community. Any suggestions welcome! We love the outdoors scuba diving, hiking, exploring, nude beaches, etc. as well as cultural experiences and food!
We are also hoping to stay with some cool hosts and meet up with the local community. So please message me if you are able to host or explore with us.
Aloha!

You will no doubt get some good advice from residents. I am a fairly frequent visitor to the Big Island, which I highly recommend because of the wide variety of climates, terrain and places of interest. The Big Island has one black sand beach which gets lots of nude use called Kehena, and there are many couples who maintain a nudist lifestyle on their property in the same area, which is called Puna. Puna is south of Hilo. I have done quite a bit of naked hiking in remote areas of the Volcanoes National Park. Maui also has a nice nude beach called Little Beach.
Hawai'i is not particularly nude friendly as a whole. There are no official nude beaches or recreation areas. On the beach most guys are in board shorts that reach below their knees. Women wear bikinis, of course. But it's a lovely place to visit. Do some searching here, you can probably arrange to meet some residents.
Aloha, you will love Hawai'i, I'm sure.
These posts are useful for my wife and me, because we'll be vacationing on Kauai and the Big Island late July-mid August. Trying to book a place at Hangin' Loose. Otherwise we'd visit whatever the accepted nude beaches there are (as well as the others). Any advice would be helpful.
