Return to DiscussionsHello anyone from the New Jersey/New York area that belongs to the New York Sports Clubs. If so maybe we can chat and talk about meeting up at one of the gyms for a work out. If the gym has a sauna or steam room can hang out in there after the work out. I always find the sauna and or steam room a good reward after the work out.
