Only ones I know of are either part of a clothing optional resort or male only and cater mostly to gay men.

Maybe not. I went to a men's spa that was clothing optional throughout. While most of the men were nude in the pool and hot tub and on the sundeck, most were wearing shorts in the gym.

Probably not. I tried for years to put a nude workout group together at Club Ft. Lauderdale. While once in a while I would get someone to try it, nobody wanted to stick with it. Maybe it was a bucket list item and once done moved on to the next challenge. Now that I live over 100 miles away it is almost a 2 hour drive vs a 15 minute bike ride. I do still have 10 of the 3 hour passes I bought so I will try to get there at least once a month.

When I was in Fort Lauderdale, I had a nude workout my first morning there and liked it so much that I came back two more times. I work out nude several times a week in my basement so I am used to the feeling and that might have helped.
Why do you think most men wear shorts in the gym at the Club even though they are nude in the pool and hot tub and on the sun deck.
Someone on another board mentioned that he attended an all male college in the 1960's where nudity for athletic activities.
The college had intramural leagues coordinated by upperclassmen.
He ran the swim league.
The college held an information session in the gym where the coordinators promoted their programs.
Some of the presenters wore the type of clothing that was generally worn when participating in the program.
He and the gymnastics coordinator made their presentations nude.
I wish not only co-ed gym, but also co-ed spa would be nude in USA. It's always a segregation by genders. I hate that.
I'm from Europe, and miss the co-ed places. Though, never saw a nude gym in Europe. Maybe they exist. I don't know.
I am straight, but I visited a gay club in Chicago once, for the sauna, steam room, bath, but mostly to try the gym naked. Was super nice. Nut too much of a sexual environment, and too many hitting on me. Well, I am straight in a gay environment, what else could I have expected. But it was nice to be at the gym naled.
Though, their rules is normally to have covered genitals for the gym. I was simply having a towel to avoid contact with the machines. No one said anything, and I wasn't the only one exercising totally nude. Was nice. I wish it could be without the sexual gay vibe.
Let me know next time you intend to come down and use the gym and I will try and join you again. I still have a few passes after you told me about them. I have bought the packages a few times already. I really enjoy working out nude then using the steam rooms and pool after.
