Dream come True!
Return to DiscussionsI always think about how great it would be to work out nude while
at my gym. It seems like such a natural idea - the ancient
greeks had it right. But alas, it's not permitted.
This summer, I had the opportunity at long last. While
attending the GNI Gathering (Gay Naturists International), I used
the gym several times. Being a nude event, there was no
question of needing to wear clothing. What an outstanding
feeling to work out completely nude!
Has anyone else had similar opportunities?
Maybe you can find a friend with weights at home? Since my last comment in this thread from 2 years ago, I've joined a weekly naked exercise class that uses kettle bells. Travasuns (Long Island) and Maryland Area Naturists MARNA have events at spas with gyms.Would be awesome to workout naked at a gym, but theres none here that allow it, think just at nudist resorts. The closes I get to workout naked is at my garage but no weights.

No weights in their garage but might swing by a resort to check it out and try get a workout in.
Don't discount naked yoga. The people who attend those exercises often have knowledge of places to work out naked as well.
Absolutely! I used to love the in-person classes here in the bay area, but venue issues forced them to stop. I've recently discovered online naked yoga classes and they have been amazing! I'm only hoping that the naked online exercise options continue after the pandemic for everyone who doesn't have local access to something similar.
