I am finally headed to Sandy Hook this weekend. Been trying to plan a trip there for years, and this weekend is it. Just hoping the weather is good. Hate it that it's "off season" but maybe a few people will still be around. Going with a friend who has been there before, but if anyone has any tips / suggestions for someone going there for the first time let me know.

Finally a second visit to Gunnison Beach this year will happen tomorrow. My first visit was in late August.
