June 23, Naked Bike Ride(s) all day long, endign with the big WNBR.
Return to DiscussionsOn the day of the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR), there are actually naked biek rides all day long, ending with the big WNBR. The rides are listed on the calendar at https://www.shift2bikes.org/fun2/
Start with the Morning naked ride at 9:30 AM, Which ends at the start of the Sunny Naked Ride, which Ends at the start of the Fig Leif (off road) Naked Ride, which ends at the strt of the Block Back naked Ride,, which ends at teh start of the WNBR.
When I lived in Portland, I'd do the first two, then go get something to eat with friends and then go join the Big WNBR. The off road ride to me has too big of a risk of injyry, but if you are young and quick, you might find it to be fun. This year, as I now live in Battle Ground (WA), I am planning only to be doing the Sunny Naked Ride. (I am dependent on public transit and that is the only time I can be sure to get out to the start and also be able to make a bus back home.
