Fuerteventura
A group dedicated to the Canary Island of Fuerteventura (Spain). An island of outstanding natural beauty where nudism is very tolerated except in the main resort beaches, the island is becoming increasingly popular with nudists of all ages. Nudist hotspots, the vast expanse of beaches in the dunes of Corralejo, El Cotillo and the beaches of the Jandia peninsula.
Corralejo 1st November
Return to DiscussionsHello everybody, I'm going to Corralejo on 1st November 2022 for my first ever visit, hoping to find some nice beaches (and more!) to get naked. Would love to meet up with any fellow naturists while I'm there, especially somebody that knows the area and can show me around, or chat about the best places to go. The drinks are on me!
Hi mate. Not seen you on cam in a while. Correljco is lovely. Nudist beach there and El Cortillo is a bus ride away. I understand theres more nudist beaches further south on the island but I not been there. I hope you have a great time
Are you going solo?
Hi Clive, I've not been on cam much lately, so not been chatting much either. I will look out for you now winter is here and I'm spending more time indoors, Thanks for the tip about El Cotillo. I am going solo yes, hoping to meet some nice chatty fellow nudists while I'm there
Hi Andy. We had a week at El Cotillo and a week in the south earlier in the year. We only spent half a day at correlejo and it was too windy to explore the dunes. At El Cotillo, the naturist section develops as you walk away from the town towards the lighthouse. Lovely area with lagoons and white sands. Down south, its one massive beach with people walking up and down continually. There is a formal naturist section with sun beds but I much preferred El Cotillo. Hope you have a great time and find some company!
Many thanks Peter, it sounds like El Cotillo is a must-visit!
I am still an El Cotillo addict dating from my first day visit 25 years ago and ALL the lagoons starting with the first one a quarter mile north of the bus terminus are traditionally naturist but, with the expansion of the village, there has been an invasion of textiles with the result that timid naturists have retreated northwards.
However, the first lagoons are the best for swimming in my experience and the first one especially is superb for snorkelling. Take a look at these videos
El Cotillo was fabulous, really pretty around the lagoons. Very quiet this last week though (I'm home now), with only a few naturists about. Mostly I just went to the beach that runs from the edge of Corralejo east, and then south past those monstrous Rui hotels. There were naturists all along here for several miles, and it was great just strolling along the beach naked (except right next to the hotels, and further south where the road comes right next to the beach). I will be going again!

It has been my experience that nobody will take exception to your walking naked past the two monstrous hotels, especially if you walk along the shoreline rather than near the hotels themselves.
The same thing applies to walking past the region where the road comes close to the beach. In fact, the quick glimpse of you will probably be a treat to the textiles in transfer buses going to their Corralejo Hotel.
