Return to Discussionsi was watching a video on u tube involving circumcision of a baby, what a crying shame to manipulate the human body like that my parents should be slapped for doing that to me and my son's should slap me. there was another showing a adult and he should slap himself, one comment from a adult who went and got circumcised stated he should have seen a video first as he would never had had it done. why in the civilized world would anyone allow this to be done, i'll admit i was ignorant when i had my son's circumcised it's something doctors should discuss with soon to be parent months before a boy is born. we certainly don't manipulate a female body when it is born.
Actually the person that should be slapped is one Mr. Kellogg, the same person that started the cereal company. It is because of him thatcircumcisionis soprevalentin America today. The reasoning behind his cereal was that he was looking for a bland way to start the day to limit people's sexual urges. He also concluded thatcircumcisedboys would masturbate less, and therefore not become slaves to their sexual urges. Which btwmodernstatisticsshow thatcircumcisedboys masturbate more.
Also doctors in general should be slapped. This procedure doneneonatalgives them more money and therefore they really do not have a reason to not suggest it. Neonatal foreskin can be sold and used easier then foreskin "harvested" later in life. And if my sources are correct the largestamountof this harvest is boiled down has thecolognetaken off and used in face creams.

Do speak up when you hear the current idiotic "reason" for male genital cutting: yup... docs are now claiming circumcision will help prevent HIV infection! If you ever encounter that, just ask, "OK I'm circumcised... so now I can be promiscuous and not wear a condom?"This "reason" is just as crazy and the other "reasons" down through the ages:Circumcision will prevent masturbation which causes insanity.Circumcision will prevent venereal disease. (DUH!)Circumcision will prevent cancer of the penis. (we now know this is not true... the link cigarette smoking)Circumcision will prevent cancer of the uterus (we now know this is caused by HPV, not smegma...)Circumcision will prevent UTI. (this study was flawed and is not true)and now...Circumcision will prevent HIV...
So as you can see, pick the greatest health fear of that decade, and you will hear the medical industry madly touting circumcision.OK... off the soapbox....
