Return to DiscussionsI just received my DTR and am very excited to begin this journey. Do you all have any tips or tricks? I'm currently at between a C1 and C2 on the index so not a lot of skin to work with but just enough. How often are you all leaving your DTR on? I'm starting off with just basic tugging with the DTR on as using the tension with the rubber band seems to be a little uncomfortable at this stage. Has anyone heard of any side effects or complications with using the device? Would love to hear any feedback.

Ive had some issues but Chuck has been helpful in resolving them. The worst is that I get swelling at a certain point on my scarline if I pull too long, so I try to shift the placement regularly. I have been happy with it but it takes time and requires patience.
