- Nothing like warm sun on your body. Unfortunately as time goes on I'm finding it less and less healthy for your skin and I'm aging fast enough as it is. Some of my best experiences have been camping and waking up nude in the morning sun.........................at my age 72 it seems the sun is helping my health and skin .....................Ruhl
