Stripping in public is considered to be provocative but simply being nude is not (I tend to agree with the latter and can see the logic in the former). Of course, if no one sees you disrobe, how can it be reported? For these reasons, Vermont is my go-to place for hiking - when the weather cooperates.

Could be a little tricky for me since I live across the from from a high school!
