Perfect Nude Driving Conditions
Return to DiscussionsHad only driven nude four times, twice across Alligator Alley at night and twice from Haulover after getting soaked by summer storms. Last Saturday was the fifth time and by far the best.
It had been a wonderful few hours on a secluded beach in a lightly populated area of Michigan. A few miles after leaving the parking lot to go home, the urge came over me to get nude again and delay the constraints of clothing. The road was so lightly traveled, I stopped without pulling over and remove my clothes. The route between home and the beach is perfect for nude drives; two lanes, no traffic lights, little traffic and almost no chance of encountering a higher vehicle. From now on, whenever going to or from that beach, it will be by driving nude.
Why need perfect conditions? I drive naked through town and country, main roads and minor roads. There are times when my nudity might be less noticeable:- At night or in rain when visibility is reduced or on a hot day when a man may well drive without a shirt. And I drive naked at other times too.

Youre right, one doesnt need perfect conditions to enjoy a nude drive. Yet, in congested South Florida (home of Haulover), one has to be constantly aware of being caught nude while driving. Less than perfect conditions.
Don't let congestion put you off. I'm driving naked down the A1(M) for four hours tomorrow - something I have done many times. And I expect to be stuck in congested, slow moving traffic past Doncaster as usual.
One time I was driving naked in the center of Leeds (a very big city) having set my Sat Nav to find a car park. It confused things, routing me down the Headrow (The central street) three times. Yes it was congested too, and full of pedestrians.

I just this week drove nude from PA to FL. The only time I donned my shorts was to pump gas and go into Chik-Filet to get nourishment. Just today I drove to and from Jax and Blind Creek beach near Ft Pierce nude, a 4 hour drive each way and on I-95. One of the busiest roads anywhere. IMHO the perfect nude driving conditions are obeying the traffic laws and a circumspect attitude i.e. keep your head on a swivel and your hands on the steering wheel. Driving, just like anything is an enhanced experience if done nude.
Sounds awesome. I've been able to figure out how to take my clothes off and on while still driving.
I preplan with shorts or loose sweats, no underwear, flip-flops or slip-ons. Shirt comes off before I put car in gear. Shoes in the passenger well, dangerous sliding around under your feet. Other strategies?
If possible, drop your bottoms as you sit down into your seat. Put them back on as you get out. Sometimes a little parking position planning helps a lot. When I go to the gym I usually have few problems as I park next to another car to help block my door. Sometimes there are just others who are jabbering so then I put shorts on before opening the door.

I've mentioned this one before but a few years back I had only just got on to the M1 when it dropped to a crawl, and very quickly we came to a stand. It was a gorgeous day so as well as being naked, I had the windows down and the radio up.
We crept and crawled until we were as packed as we could be then sat for maybe 25 minutes while blue lights went past. Eventually, the left lane, then middle, then our lane started crawling again as the police were diverting everyone off the motorway. Everyone then had to crawl round the outer ring road from South Leeds to North East before we could join the A64 and then on to the A1. This was all 2 lane dual carriageway and 5MPH, with me still naked, the windows still down and the radio still up.
I then finished my journey well over a hour late. I was seen by nobody because everyone was concentrating on their car and their crawl home. The biggest risk would have been pedestrians when I was stationary, but I still wasn't seen.
Fl Smoothie, is that just because of congestion or because the Florida Troopers are on the alert for naked drivers?
(I've actually got a buddy on TN from Orlando who does a fair amount of naked driving: has for years, in fact!)
