Spring Fever has officially set it! 2019
Return to DiscussionsIt's still a bit chilly out, 41*, and winter is by no means over. It's gonna be back down in the 20s tonight.
I had to take a 3 hour drive this morning. 1.5 hours each way. I had a meeting with a luthier about my guitar and it would have been difficult to get dressed upon arriving at the meeting so I opted to stay dressed for the first leg of the drive but for the return trip I was naked before I left his driveway. It was a drive through the PA coal and farm country, mostly 2 lane roads so no real chance of anyone noticing. Although I did get some long looks at an intersection or two. But my first nude drive of the year makes it official Spring Fever is HERE!!!
Yeah, those intersections with stop signs and especially 4-way stops can be tricky. Not so bad in the summer when lots of men ride around without a shirt on but in the winter , having no shirt can cause extra looks.
Winter will NOT fall quickly here in So Cal! Though we need the rain desperately, WE'VE HAD ENOUGH ALREADY!!!! :DDDDDD
This cold and wet weather has really cut into my naked driving routine. Living by the rule; "nude when possible, clothed when practical," has had me using the clothed when practical approach during these cold and wet times. We have a motorhome trip coming up soon. On Thursday, we take a pre run, in my wife's Jeep, of our route out to the desert where we will be camping in the motorhome and towing my Jeep. I will be driving the motorhome naked during that trip. I'm hoping we have good enough weather to do some naked 4x4ing on some of the local trails but either way, I'm at least driving the motorhome out there and back home, naked.
This weather is killin' us sun worshipers! :DDD
