Travelites' Oktoberfest was enjoyable: the people from all around SC as
well as the food (a couple different types of sausage) plus homemade
potato salad, red cabbage, Bavarian kraut, brownies, and Cherry Garcia ice cream. Of course the 10 or so beers for tasting were fun too. The hot tub was enjoyed. I'm not sure what, but I added a lb. according to the scale this morning (up from 109 to 113).

Next Events: 10/13: Imprompu gathering and hot dog potluck supper

10/20: Founder's Day celebration. Starting here at 5:30,
carpooling to the same Mexican (real Mexican food) as last year and
then back here for hot tubbing and ice cream.

Please let us know no later than 10/14 so I can make the reservations at the restaurant.
