Return to DiscussionsI was caught fishing nude by a conservation officer. She came up while I was reeling in a large walleye and I wasn't about to loss it. She waited patiently while I netted it and put it in my live well. Then she asked me for my licence examined it, smiled at me and suggested I keep some shorts a bit closer to the consul to save embarrassment next time. I wasn't embarrassed. Lol Anyone get caught like that?

Once heard a story on radio of a guy in Georgia arrested for a sex crime for urinating outdoors. I believe he was at a public rest area and the bathrooms had been closed on purpose by the authorities in order to catch people. He really had to go, so he went behind the building and they were hiding and waiting for him when he exposed his penis. Supposedly there had been men having sex in the area and they were going to put a stop to it.
When playing golf as a youngster, males frequently urinated outdoors somewhere along the course, as there were often few or no facilities.
I was reported to the police for taking photos in a barn once. The police were very understanding.
I think it's crazy being had-up for indecent exposure when having a pee. Most men hide behind a wall or a tree and don't actually flaunt their penises. On big events requiring temporary toilets some urinals are provided in the form of a triangle around which the men stand, urinating in full view of the public. Some towns have a version which rises out of the pavement in the evenings for men who have had a few pints of beer. Again the men urinate in full view of the public.
It's amazing that in the US, the simple act of urinating outside can land a person in jail and result in that person having to register as a sex offender. In the Czech Republic, I have seen many guys urinate outside at outdoor concerts, etc. They drink beer and have to pee. What's the big deal? We are far too prudish in the US.
Yay freedom. Doesn't much feel like the land of the free, does it? How do these people think our ancestors lived in these parts? They didn't have running sewage pipes with restrooms everywhere in the 1700 and 1800's. Hell, we don't have that everywhere even now!
Unfortunately here in the state of Georgia there have been sting operations around Lake Lanier with cops closing the public restrooms at boat ramps, hiding and then charging the men with public indecency when they step into the trees to pee. The men then have to go to court, live with the shame of their names being put in the paper as perverts, and then registering as a sex offender. The cops claim they shut the restrooms down because of gay activity but I think everyone sees through that excuse. It is just to make arrest. I would not go naked anywhere except my private property or a resort because of the narrow minds of some law enforcement officers.
i have been nude fishing a few times on the river where a boat has approached fast and i've waded deeper in the water thinking it was the game warden, one time it was two fisherman and they stopped and chatted about fishing spending more time than i wanted as the river water was cold, as they sped away i waded out just as they looked back no doubt they knew i was nude because my clothes were laying exposed on my boat. another time i was drifting in the boat fishing and sunning nude and didn't see a man and women coming from behind in a canoe, they were a little surprised as i was but just smiled and paddled by.
I have been ALMOST busted SO MANY TIMES! I must have one HELL of a good guardian angel. Here in Hawaii it's a shame but there are just a very few beaches where you can get away with being nude. Did I say VERY FEW? But thank goodness I've not been ticketed or arrested, if my goodness had anything at all to do with it.
I have been seen naked in the early morning when canal boating in the UK so many times that I lost count years ago.On this video I have accidentally recorded a typical reaction greeting in these circumstances.
