Return to DiscussionsWith all this talk about hurricanes i just wondered if anyone has ever gone out in really bad weather well naked. Worst ive been is when it was really hard rain with mild wind but to make the rain be going horizontal.
This hurricane, passing over Port St Lucie, had clouds as high as 60,000 ft and rain from that height is very cold. Also there is a lot of stuff flying in that wind. Even though the wind was about 40 - 60 miles per hr, the twigs and dirt in that wind and rain is painful. I was out on the protected side of my house clicking pictures, and the little rain that hit me was very cold. The air was warm, but I got a couple bloody dings out of it.
