If you are trying to keep clothing to a minimum, wait until entering the store to put your shirt on and take it off as soon as you are out the door.That's what I do in warm weather.
This is what I also do when going into the local shop/PO as I have to put a top on before i am allowed in because some sad person thinks it is unhygienic not to have a top on.
