Return to DiscussionsI love driving nude, especially, when the weather cooperates and I can have the sun roof open & windows down. Just the other night, I went for a nude drive, and then, because it was warm enough, I decided to go wash the car.
It was around midnight, the car wash was deserted at the time I started. I went and made change, then loaded up the machine with quarters. First a rinse on the car to get the body wet. Then, onto the foaming brush. I confess to enjoying the foam; I think I had as much on me as the car. LOL
Onto the high pressure soap wash, on the car, not me. Then the spotless rinse. As I was finishing up, another vehicle pulled in to use the vacuums. I continued to finished, being as nonchalant as I could. I'm sure if I was seen or not. I certainly didn't make any big deal that I was nude.
Hopped in the car and came home. What a wonderful experience. I've done that a few times and it never loses its appeal.
Two 'Firsts' for me. Last week, at Hippy Hollow, I drove home nude. It was about a 15 minute drive home. I sat on a towel...just in case. It was very exciting knowing any pickup truck that passed me could see I was nude. Got home and drove into the garage. No issues at all. Second 'First', I got home last night and realized I hadn't walked my self imposed 10,000 steps a day, so at 10 pm, I walked my driveway for about 15 minutes, from the house to the street, totally nude. No one ever came by, but it felt so good.

It can happen, I'm certain it has happened. There have been news stories of people naked while driving and gotten into accidents. It's always been attributed to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I've yet to read a story or hear a story of a person just driving naked, getting into an accident. If it happens, I'll deal with it when it happens but I'm not going to worry about it nor am I going to stop driving naked.
I ran an errand this morning and drove there naked and then slipped on a t shirt and shorts and flip flops. Got done what I needed to and then got into the car and stripped and drove home. I even saw a young woman in a small sedan, windows rolled down, no A/C with her shirt off and wearing a sports bra. She looked over at me shirtless and smiled and then fanned herself with both hands as if to say to me ... "it's too hot to wear a shirt!" I gave her a thumbs up, she smiled back and off we drove when the light turned.
By the way ... it's 106 here. End of Summer Monsoons, flash flood warnings and just stinking hot, humid and nasty. Everybody should be driving naked! :D
Recently took a brief trip to California where I was able to drive about 80 percent of the total miles nude. Some fellow naked hikers OK'd my riding naked to and from the trailhead for a wonderful morning hike, too. Which was especially nice because none of the others in the car were inclined to do the same. In the past I would have been too shy to ask but I decided to go for it and had a comfortable ride as a result.
We recently visited our favorite resort. I drove there naked, about an hour and 15 min drive. I had to slip on my shorts and t shirt for about 30 mins for a traditional stop at a outlet store. On the trip home, I wore shorts out to the parking lot and after packing the car, I was able to slip out of the shorts and begin our drive home. My wife suggested we stop to a bit to eat and so I again slipped on the shorts, t shirt and flip flops for lunch. After lunch we got out to the car and since there were lots of people in the parking lot, I got in and drove over to a large empty parking lot where I slipped outta my clothes and drove the rest of the way home.
During the ride home, I passed several semi's, high profile trucks and large delivery type trucks. I didn't pace them but didn't zoom by them either. I drove normally and didn't have any issues. I'm convinced that more people are either paying attention to the road or to their cell phones and less and less time looking over at who's next to them on the freeway. My wife also enjoyed the ride home semi naked. She's getting a bit more comfy with that venture! :D
