Return to DiscussionsI had to keep the shirt on since it was daytime and did not want to pass troopers and give them a reason to pull me over. I forgot how much fun it was to drive that way.
Driving without a shirt is a reason for being pulled over? I see lots of guys driving shirtless. I often wonder if they are naked, but I don't see a lot of shirtless drivers pulled over.
Ah, the nights here are already starting to get chilly. I fear my nights driving home nude from work are numbered.
It's easier to drive naked at night. Nobody can see you and you can just turn the car heater up. I drove home naked from the airport, stripping as I got into the car. My journey took me through two town centres. But at 1am the streets were almost deserted.

The last but one nude drive which I did was through the busy towncentreto the supermarket in the middle of the day with no problems whatsoever.
Driven through the Drive Thru many times, in the nude. My wife has also been with me and had on a shirt and nothing else. When I had my high profile truck, I would drive through the Drive Thru naked, completely naked. I was high enough the drive thru people had to hand my food UP to me. Now I own a slightly high profile Jeep and I won't take the chance so I keep my shirt on. I'm certain they can't see my nude bottom half but I still don't take the chance.
Driving naked ... do it all the time. Just ran down south for a visit to a large furniture store and to another specialty store about an hour away. Drove there naked and back. My wife said ... " I love when you drive naked. You drive much calmer!" LOL :D
I had to drop off my wife early this morning (6:45). On the way home I turned onto a dirt road and drove up to a ridge. I parked there, undressed, and went for a short walk. Eventually I saw tire tracks in the dust and felt my heart thumping away. I then returned to the car, put on my shirt and drove home. I decided to put my shorts on before reaching my parking place, so stopped in a fairly central location, only to realize I was looking at the high school kids congregating around the bus stop.
Our 20 year old blind boarder (who is still in Senior year of high school) missed the bus this morning and called my cell phone to ask for a ride. I groggily got up, grabbed a towel on the way out the door, and got in the car to get him from the bus stop. It was still dark, but I figured the dome light would come on when he got out at school, so I was sitting on half the towel, and would throw the other half over my lap when we arrived.
He is not totally blind. He uses a cane, but he can see when things are right in his face. He knows I am a nudist, and that the household is clothing optional, but probably doesn't know I drove him to school naked.
I just posted a picture of a young woman the lived in the same area where I worked. One of the guys pointed her out to the rest of us while on an emergency response. He knew her from a website where she would periodically post her pictures. This picture I posted is all over the net and she was on one of the busiest freeways in Southern California, while doing this. Daring lady! ;-)
I've driven naked once, out of necessity, rather than trying to be daring, really. I had gone to see the opera at an outdoor venue in late summer/early fall. As the curtain went up, it was very warm and comfortable, but as the show went on, the weather turned. A cold front came through, it poured with rain, and the temperature dropped about 20 degrees. As the performance ended, soaked and freezing cold, I went back to the car and hastily took off every last stitch of clothing and turned the heater on full-blast. I was living with roommates at the time, but they were not home when I got there, and luckily the driveway spot was open, so I parked right in front of the house (instead of out on the street), grabbed my soaked clothes and went inside. Apart from driving around the c/o resort, that's the only time I've driven naked. It was only about 10 miles from the venue to the house, and after dark as well.
