I get a lot from driving naked, nothing sexual, but the breeze and sun on my skin feel good. For me too it is so much more relaxing being naked.

I find that driving naked is a natural extension to being naked immediately before I drive, except for a couple of occasions when I felt too hot and sweaty in my clothing in spite of the car's aircon.
I drive naked on long trips. I too am more relaxed, and i am more alert to my surroundings while driving. It also helps me battle driving fatigue. In fact... I am driving to Florida starting Sunday for a couple of weeks and i will be as usual when i drive be nude.
I love driving naked, probably safer when I do because of worrying about being stopped. Ive driven every car I owned in the last 20 years at least once naked. Best car was my Bronco II with a lift kit, High enough to avoid accidentally offending someone. Toughest one, excluding the motorcycle is my Smart car. It doesnt sit any lower than a sedan but it draws attention, and the last I need was someone up coming asking about it when Im stopped. All I will say is it good to keep a towel handly.
It's still the usual mode of dress/undress for me wherever, whenever I can. We visited my dad yesterday afternoon and after dinner we drove out of his community gate and I stopped at the street and stripped. It sure felt good to get out of those clothes. I'd been in them since 9 am that morning, on a flight home and up until we started for home. My wife just smiled and said ... "I wish I had the guts to join you but not in this car!" hahaha
She has no idea how safe it would be for her to be completely naked but she's still not convinced. :D
...and after my last post ... my wife slipped on a shirt and said ... "let's go drive thru and get something to eat." I also slipped on a shirt and some mesh shorts to get us to the car parked in the street. Once in the car, the shorts came off, the shirt got unbuttoned and off we went. Drove through the drive thru and after we got our food, I took off the shirt, she opened hers and we drove home with the windows down. When we got home, we got out of the car ... me naked, she in her unbuttoned shirt and walked into the garage. ;-)
We have not only surprise police roadblocks on occasion, but beggars and people selling or giving away religious -oriented products at red lights. I'm afraid Israel is not the best place to drive naked. I can see driving in just a shirt, but then again that's not nudism, but something else.
