Return to DiscussionsI've been driving naked for well over 25 years, on a regular basis. Before that, I'd drive naked only at night when we were going someplace for the weekend or on vacation. Drove back and forth to work naked for over 20 years. I did get to work very early one day. Decided to get out of my truck and walk up to the locker room without slipping on the shorts. I thought I'd gotten away with it. I went into the police station, that was right next door and on the same property as our fire house. I walked into their dispatch center to talk to an officer and two of the female dispatchers smiled at me and waved then looked at each other and giggled. After I was done talking with the officer, one of the female dispatchers came over and asked to talk with me. We went into their lounge area and she said ... "ya know those new cameras they installed post 9/11? They are up and running and we wanted to thank you for the show you gave us both this morning! ... ya know, when you got outta your truck!" I blushed and I said ... "oops ... sorry." She replied, "don't apologize, just let us know when you're gonna be doing it again." hahahahahaha I was a bit more careful after that.
I've seen photos taken from traffic cameras. They are pointed at your FACE and not your lap. The camera clicks at the time when you face can be seen so there is no question as to who was driving the vehicle. The camera does not move with you as you pass under it, which it would need to do to get a picture of your lap. ; )
Our best naked driving was 1197 miles in one day only putting on the bare minimum to refuel and make food and rest area stops. We drove out of the garage naked and that was the start. Many of the stops we drove into naked and dressed when we got to the pump or building. That made it a lot more interesting and we get get a few looks but no one ever said said anything.
We have done many drives naked and enjoy all of them. It also makes it easier to jump out at a photo op such as a border sign, road sign or any other thing we might see.

Gotta watch those cameras. Theyre almost everywhere in Cali. I don't know if the cameras at intersections can see you or not. I took my clothes off at my car at work one day and drove home naked. Got two blocks and it hit me - oh crap - traffic cameras! Threw the shirt over my lap and got the heck onto the interstate. Nervous as I could be.
Hay it must be boring monitoring traffic cameras and CCTV (the CCTV does move with you). So let's give them something to brighten up their day.
That's true ... the "video" cameras do move. If it's on and following you ... you've probably run a red light. Not a smart move. If you're gonna drive naked, be aware of your surroundings, obey all traffic laws, drive smart and use common sense. I like the pictures that were posted above. In most instances ... a woman needs only a t shirt to cover her chest when someone may see her but other times ... it's perfectly fine for them to also ride topless and/or nude with as little or no worry as the driver. ; )
Driving naked is so great when the sun's shining and you can feel the air allover you, Ive done it sev times, the longest being from Hastings nude beach back home 75 mls through Hastings town bustling with ppl, country road and motorway. Done it sev times on hol, this is me outside the car by our hol cottage and a public road!
