nr Cardiff.
city living yet quiet house, other tenant is v quiet tho landlord does like music.
5mins walk train station. 2hrs direct to London (Pad). within half hr to Bristol and 10mins Cardiff.
2mins walk local shops including supermarket takeaways and cafes.
within 10mins walk to city centre.
bus a little tricky but I think they stop at the train station. (does at least go past the end of road).
Drive 20mins Cardiff and Bristol. On street parking with permit poss.
Its a surprisingly large town-house with 3 floors and 4 beds, one of which is tenanted already.
(1 room is just storage - there's no attic!).
2 reception rooms.
large kitchen diner.
garden which is naturist friendly and being re-planted, zen like.
1 big bathroom with bath and sep shower. 2 sep toilets.
