Return to DiscussionsHi everybody. My name is Angel, and I love to kayak nude in quiet lakes (whenever it's possible).
I am a complete novice when it comes to kayaking, but do enjoy it so much, especially in solitary lakes.
What I have is one of those cheap, inflatable, on top, one person kayaks. It's not the best thing, but it works for occasional trips.
Hope to make friends here, and maybe go kayaking together sometime.

Hi Angel. I also kayak naked on inland lakes. Sometimes have company at the launch site but soon find solitude. I wear a skimpy nylon running short to the ramp. If alone it comes off. If others present Ikeep it on until around the first bend. I accordion fold a towel next to my seat for occasional 'stray fishermen'. But then again I only have to cover my lower half. I often take my dog with me (kayak two person). She is very friendly but serves as an annunciator if others appear on the horizon! Women can use a longish swimsuit cover up folded behind their seat that they can through their arms through and lay the rest in their lap.Nothing like a nude paddle in a quiet natural environment. I have a few select spots I stop to rest, nap, or just quietly dream.
hi Angel if you have a inflatable kayak look for a skeg for the back it help with control and spinning around, my first kayak was a sevylor inflatable and had little control till i put a skeg on it (ebay, amazon) i still see new kayaker with inflatable and they work so hard at maintaining foward momentum. welcome to group.
