Return to DiscussionsHello all and thanks for joining the group. Im trying to kick-start the photo section again as its gone a little quiet. Im keen to get member submissions if possible. But its also nice to see positive braless publicity from well known people too.
I think seeing celebs going braless in everyday life (as well as to suit a dress for a special occasion etc.) only reinforces how accepted and normal being braless has become. I think it helps to encourage more women to try it.
So please feel free to share with us any braless pictures you feel would help to spread this positive message. If youre not sure then you can always message me or send pictures to my email and I can add them instead (jayne210190@yahoo.com).
Also if youre unsure about an image then just ask me Im happy to advise on what sort of thing were trying to promote with the group.
Jayne, I will submit a few more of Di when I get her permission. I look for pics of celebs that are usually braless and project the ideals you speak of. I don't want to flood the group gallery with every celeb that goes braless, just the ones that seem to do it more often or all the time. That is what I look for, those that are comfortable being braless and don't just do it for publicity. Is this something you agree with?
Yes completely. Im not looking for pictures of people who are out to shock and cause offence. Just those which show that being braless is natural, comfortable, and acceptable in every-day life. Celebs are a great endorsement if theyre doing it for the right reasons (ie. comfort). Thanks for your contributions!
I don't want to be the Gallery police but there seems to be a lot of just random pics off the internet soft porn sites of women flashing and not really the intent of the group ... am I wrong?
I don't want this to be a competition and it seems as though it's becoming one. The name of the group is Braless Nudists and my intent for posting pics was of people who have spoken openly about living nude on occasion, frequently or all the time and are also quite comfortable being braless in public. Now what I'm seeing is lots of pics being uploaded that don't actually follow that same intent.
Are we just trying to upload as many pics of females flashing or exposing their bare breasts?
I think I agree with you on this. The increased activity is great but I dont want to compromise the purpose of the group by watering down the gallery section with less useful pictures. Ive gone through it a little and taken out some of them, but on the whole I think there are some good pictures representing the true nature of being braless.
The things Im looking for are women acting naturally and normally, who just happen to be braless. Celebs going about their business is a good example of this, but not the ones who do it deliberately for attention. The pictures should ideally be of members, friends, or public figures who send out the right message.
The pictures are very welcome and Im going to be monitoring them a little more closely from now on so please continue to contribute. If theyre not suitable then I wont put them in the gallery, so please dont take offence. If youre unsure then message me and we can discuss it.

It's a fine line between those celebs that go braless for the right reasons. When I see some that do this, I always look for a pattern in their earlier years and throughout the later years. Those I've posted have been going braless in public throughout their entire celeb lives and do so in most everyday situations and on movie screen or TV.

Emily Ratajkowski: Model, actress posts on Instagram consistently while nude at home. Though many of her photo shoots are of her in the nude, she seems to carry this preference for being nude, braless, topless wherever she can.
Rihanna: Singer/song writer she's from Barbados and is quite comfortable with her body and being nude, topless, braless at most times and in many everyday situations.
Debra Messing: Will and Grace TV star and Actress: Seen many, many pics of her were she appears quite comfortable not wearing a bra in everyday situations.
Olivia Wilde: One of my favorite TV Actresses of "House" fame and also several movies where she's appeared nude. She's very comfortable with being braless in public and is a huge advocate of breastfeeding in public.
Kate Moss: Model Kate Moss has probably gone braless more times than all these celebs put together! Many of her modeling shoots are of her while nude but in everyday life, you'll rarely see pics of her out and about with a bra on.
I've tried to find quotes or interviews from each of those celebs I post that state that they have a preference for nudity at home or on beaches, a advocate for topfreedom and equality or just enjoy wearing as little as possible.
A couple of other celebs that stand out are: Kim Kardashian and Miley Cyrus. I'm not a fan of either so I haven't posted any of their pics of them out and about in public without a bra. :DDD
