Boob Jobs
Return to DiscussionsLike many of the threads I have read, we are all fans of the wonderful fleshy skin that is owned by half the population. I love them all, with size being a bit down the list for what constitutes a great set of boobs. Smaller boobs remain more manageable and better maintain integrity against the evil villain (Time), whereas larger ones possess an unmistakable siren's lure. We all love them, why is inconsequential.
My wife has always smaller ones. She has an athletic build and her other attributes are very strong, strong enough her smallish boobs are never an issue.
At 47, she expressed interest in a boob job which she is currently researching. She says they would help her feel more feminine. Besides being supportive of her, I have always gravitated (pun intended) to larger ones anyways. While she will make her one decision which I support, I have certain curiosities having never experienced a set first hand (again pun intended:) ):
- Do fake boobs have the same tactile and experiential qualities?
- Do they provide the same amount of pleasure for all parties? From the outside they seem pretty awesome....
-What is the perfect size that balances form vs function? (I know this is a bit subjective)
Any info is appreciated.
Talk her out of it. You love her as she is.
I have a close friend who got a boob job and she has had the implants break, now she is battling cancer. She told me about her experience, the pain and the healing afterwards.
My wife has wanted a "lift" and I said oh hell no.
She has breast fed two sons, and no they are not like 30 years ago, but I love them and don't want her to suffer through all of that for "a look."
Talk her out of it.
Agreed, natural is best.
If she insists, my experience is that implants do not have the same feel as the real thing. The sensitivity - I am told - by the woman is the same and some women like the look better.
A good friend - also a nudist - had them at around 35 and liked the way they looked and felt. By the time she was 50, she regretted having them.
My late wife was slim but had large boobs. After 3 x kids, breast feeding, age & gravity, they started to head south. She wanted to have a breast reduction and have them lifted but it is a very complicated procedure. She still intended to have it done but cancer came along. My new partner has very small breasts, she has 3 kids too and again with age has felt her boobs have shrunk / deteriorated. She wants to have implants to make them larger, to suit her overall height and stature. She is tall, slim, athletic, broad shouldered and has long legs, she wants to feel better about herself and for clothes to sit better on her frame. I've told her she doesn't need them, I don't care about the size and find them beautiful as they are. But some of this seems to be media driven as well as feeling better among her peers. It is a dilemma.
My wife considered having breast augmentation surgery but thankfully, she decided against it. She breastfed two children and went braless quite a bit when not at work. After a bout of fibroid cyst in her breasts, she dumped the conventional underwire bras and went to bralettes. Still, she was thinking seriously about having the boob job.
She has B/C cup size boobs. Age and gravity caused them to hang lower than she'd like but she's not 16 nor is she 40 anymore. I love my wife entirely and the way she is. I've never really been a fake boob guy so my recommendation would be to tell your wife to leave her boobs alone and live with the way they are but, if she's serious about it and want to do it, it should be her decision. Her body, her choice.
There are so many other things to consider besides filling out clothes/tops and the notion that looking a certain way is the only way. Your health, wellbeing and mental health should all be taken into consideration. It's not an easy decision to make and one that should be discussed between you both and your surgeon. Hopefully he/she will give you ALL the pros and cons so your wife can make the decision that is right for her.
I would say stay natural, but its not my decision. My wife was a 34 B when we started dating 33 years ago, now in a D or DD depending on bra manufacturer and wishes she was back in a B or C cup at almost 70 years old. Time changes everything so be careful what you wish for LOL.
I guess any surgery is risky to a point and it's a cost benefit discussion. Everyone has an opinion and a few years ago I lost my wife and began dating. I encountered a few women with implants. Textile wise they felt like hard grapefruits and were not symmetrical. I prefer natural breasts to implants. I can't tell a woman what to do so its my opinion only. My new lady is 34 D naturally and yes they have some gravity issues but she's beautiful all over.
The late WWF (I believe that it wasn't until after her time that it changed to the WWE) wrestler Chyna learned the hard way. To land "boob side" up. After landing "boob side" down und rupturing hers. So there's that to keep in consideration. They can rupture from external forces.
