Filling the pipe line back up after Christmas. Six gallons of wine in primary, 5 gallons of American Wheat Ale in secondary and tomorrow is brew day. Going to do a Pliny the Elder clone. Love those hops!

Congrats on getting back into the swing for the New Year. Very curious how that Pliny clone will come out. The original is such a good beer!

The Pliny came out of secondary with a heavy hop signature...no malty taste here! It's in the keg now and carbonating. I'll let it age for a month and see what it's like. Looks real promising.Curious thing though. This had an OG of 1.070 and attenuated to 1.006. Never had one go that far. It shows an ABV of 8.7!
Edit: Really like the hop slam of this beer. I'll definitely keep this on the list!
