I spent Sunday moving my planters. All of the hop plants have come up. This is their third season, so I am hopeful for a bumper crop.
Brewed a new batch today. Hopefully I have enough brewing materials on hand to last for the duration of the virus pandemic.
English Bitter is the style I keep brewing. It is in my Kegerator now and this might be the 4th time brewing it. The style is just so enjoyable. Does anyone else brew this style?
I'm brewing a Smashing Pumpkin Ale right now, I know, I know...it was a request for Carol's Holiday office party. I'm enjoying the last of my Fresh Squished as I brew. What beers do you enjoy at the change of season? I seem to have...

I have never brewed an IPA until now. It is almost ready to come out of secondary and into the keg. One thing I did unique was to cut up a mango into slices and let it sit during secondary. Hoping it comes out very tasty! It might get kegged today....
I brewed a pumpkin ale. And sometimes those get boring, at least to me. So an ounce of Knob Creek whiskey was soaked in oak chips and then put on the beer for a few weeks. The result was pretty awesome! Lots of rave reviews on that one.
