Return to DiscussionsThis Sunday 10-14-12 I will Bottle the Bacon Flavored Beer. It has taken 30 attempts to get it right ?.This is the furthest it has come after so many trys.And it is indeed looking promiseing.. And I am going to revisit the worst beer I had EVER made..and try again. a Ginger Maple..It had the highest ALC of any I had made which is why I never threw it down the sink. However the Ginger/Maple made it so darn hard to swallow.It was awfull.... really awfull... I am glad I didn't write that receipe down. Hey I young and just got started brewing. ThereforeI can start from scratch and re-do and hope i don't get a repeat.. Keep Brewing... Have fun with it
