Return to DiscussionsIt's the time of year when Homebrewers ( myself included ) Start to think of a Holiday or Special Brew. And I have mine. This Sun 9-30 12 I will make a Spruce Mint. I Bought Spruce ecensse on line and I will couple that with fresh mint with a touch of cinnamon.. It will be ready well before Christmas.. What is the rest of you folks doing ?.. Oh !! After so many failures The Bacon Beer Looks like it is going to be okay.. Everything is as it should be..I really won't know untill late Oct.
And the cat-nip Beer was Very good just over carbonated.. I am growing more cat-nip so the next batch will be a 6 gal brew
