Haven't tried hiking as lots of others on the site seem to have but I will have to try to find places here in Oz where this is possible. The sun on your body is not just a natural and healthy thing , it makes us feel good. We were born to be this way, our skin, bodies and well being need it. Totally love that warm sun feeling on the body, it's good for the soul. Cheers, SBN.
