Home from cruise

We had a great time on this year's cruise, but are now back to reality after shoveling almost 2 feet of snow that accumulated over the 12 days we were gone. Highlights included watching the Super Bowl nude, especially the Patriots comeback, visiting the Garden of Eden bar in Key West, spending an entire day nude on Half Moon Cay, and another entire day nude at the Amber Cove pool complex.

Now the planning for 2018 can begin!

We had a great time as well.....thought it was one of the better BN cruises. Especially enjoyed Half Moon Cay with it's great water and such a sunny day. Seafest Costume night was great (sea-monkey and mermaid here) and hanging out at the main pool listening to tunes and partying was a daily ritual on sea days. On to the ABC's in 2018. J&J

Maui, Nice to hear good reports on this type of travel. We have a couple that we are friends with here that have been on several Nude cruises and love them. I guess we will have to put this on our bucket list. Hope you have both been well. Take care and best wishes. J & S

We were sitting on the aisle in the theater when you came by in your Seafest costumes.

We had a great time, too! Half Moon Cay was the greatest! We participated in the Tree Spirit Project photo.

While at sea, we enjoyed some comedy shows, massage, the green water slide (once!), and mostly just lounging around soaking up sun and meeting people. We didn't go to any of the costume parties, though.

In the group photo, I'm the one with no hat ;) and my eyes are closed :(

P.S. We also went to the 2:00 Garden of Eden Takeover in Key West.

[Addit] Wow, that png file got seriously smushed during the upload. Oh well.

How was the 2pm Garden of Eden takeover? We went around 11am and it was already very crowded. We stayed long enough to take our clothes off, get our picture under the sign, and have a Margarita. Mrs J&C also got a BN temporary tattoo from Harry while our clothes were off. By 2pm we had gone back to the ship for lunch and then headed out to the Bourbon St. Pub to check out their nude pool area. We couldn't get anyone to take a good picture of us at HMC, so we ended up posing for a ship's picture and bought that. We are way in the back in the group photo, as we are every year.

Four of us stopped in somewhere after 2:00. It was pretty full so we just went back downstairs and had a drink. It was the first time we had ever been to Key West. Truly an experience all it's own.

We got there somewhere around 2:00 and there was room for Deb to sit on one of the corner planter/benches. We stayed for just one drink and it got much more crowded while we were there. No pictures with me in it, but I did get one of her sitting on the bench. This wasn't our first visit to the Garden, but it was the first we saw with such a fun crowd :)

We did enjoy half moon cay.....such beautiful water, great beach and good food. We must have been in the water for two or three hours....it is one of the favorite places. Looking forward to getting naked at half moon cay next year as well. Key West was enjoyable as well.....just has a great vibe....did the hop on hop off bus - worked for us. We always tried to snag one of the 2 person cabanas at the back of the ship on deck 9 during sea days....had to get up pretty early to get those.

We too had a great time on the cruise. The Super Bowel was great except for the ending. we're not Brady fans. Carnival has come down on their food since our last Carnival cruise. We should all get our money back who took the beach excursion to Coconut Cove.Let's not forget the towel animals around the pool. Now who is going to the A B C Islands next year on the Victory with us?

We only did one excursion the whole cruise: an island highlights tour of Grand Turk. When we got back to Margaritaville we heard about the complaining over topless swimming in their pool. With the overpriced drinks there, we cut the afternoon short and went back to the ship where we could be nude at the pool. What a difference in Amber Cove. We stayed at their pool most of the day, except for during the rain showers.

We're going next year, and have already set up a group. Should be fun watching the Pats win again!
