Backyard Nudists
This is a group for those who may be Home Nudists or those who cannot always get to a Nudist Colony, Camp, or Resort and therefore take things into their own backyard! Whether your backyard is private enough or not, perhaps you lay out nude, skinnydip, garden, or mow the lawn, this group is for you!
Backyard Nudists, what would your favorite wish be?
Return to DiscussionsWhat would your most prized nudist wish be like?
Ok. I have been a nudist most of my life, darting and skirting around the mainstream of society, secretly pursuing my cloth-lessness desires at work, at home, at leisure, visiting clubs, and in every conceivable place imaginable. Lets face it: we are the minority, the few who understand the joy and chemistry of being clad in nothing against society's wall of acceptance.
There are many distinct versions of a nudist. Some are happy being alone at home in nothing, knowing no one will ever see them; some desire at any cost to display themselves to an audience while in their glory, and others are completely at ease naked with anyone in any situation. Nudity also attracts the sexual side of some, thinking this is what it is really what nudity is about; we know better, but it can be a part of it.
In reality, most of us would like to live a life of nudity in splendor, but this is highly unlikely unless you live in a nudist resort of some sort, contained by high wooden walls and an automatic gate of privacy.
Due to the constraints of our society at present, if you could have your nudist wish come true, what would it be?
Ok, I will start with mine. I wish for a year of clothes-free living in our society, everyday living, shopping, relaxing, and acceptance of wearing no clothes anywhere I go.
What would you wish for?
It all sounds good! I've been on two Bare Necessities cruises and am going again this yr(25)! They are great fun n and its wonderful going anywhere youd like nude all the time. Except main dining room but you have other nude food options!I checked the itinerary and notices that there are two consecutive sea days followed by a bare port.Does that mean a passenger could be continuously nude for 3 days and 4 nights if they avoided certain restaurants?
It depends. If you want to get off the ship you have to be covered going through security. A towel wrap or even a pareo is considered covered. Ive gotten on/off the ship at a private island stop wearing only a towel wrap. Other than that, yes you could just be nude the whole time if you eat at the buffet rather than the restaurant. We never bother getting dressed on sea days and do exactly that. Then there are private port facilities in habited areas (Mahogany Bay and Amber Cove are examples run by Carnival). There Ive gotten on/off the ship in a towel wrap and tee shirt until going through the customs area and duty free shops. Then theres Cozumel, where a towel wrap and tee shirt are fine in a public port area! To be fair, we were headed to Passion Island which was reserved for Bare Necessities so we were going to be nude all day anyway, but I was walking around the shops while waiting for our group's boat and none of the shopkeepers or patrons said anything (probably thought I had a bathing suit on under the towel wrap).

Still have to be dressed there. It doesnt have to be fancy. The dress code on Bare Necessities cruises is dont be nude in the dining rooms. All other dress requirements (long pants, no jeans, collar shirt) are waived. Ive gone to dinner in a towel wrap (hey, it is a smart casual wrap!) and tee shirt. They will turn you away if what you are wearing is sheer, but otherwise you can walk right in and get seated.

Why wear a shirt with a towel wrap or paero?

Can men be shirtless?
