I just joined the group. I am retired military, gay, single, age 70 (but feel and think younger). I have lived in this state off and on since I was a baby and have traveled or camped all over. I now have a home in Goodyear, just off of I-10/Loop 303 and I no longer drive. I have a variety of camping gear for mountain and desert but just need someone with wheels. I do a lot of camping up at Lake Powell in the back canyons every year, unfortunately the person that takes me is strictly textile so the only time I can be nude is when he is out on his boat.
I can host a small group for BBQ and spa in my back yard as it is safe for nudity. There are places all over this state where it is safe to nude camp summer and winter, mainly BLM land. I may be retired but I am always busy and do travel so I plan my activities as far in advance as possible. If anyone is interested in giving me a ride, please contact me and lets discuss.
Just a note: I do have a 70 pound Trained/Certified German Shepherd Service Dog that goes with me. He is an excellent traveler and camper, clean, and well behaved.
Since I do live in the far west valley and it may be impractical for someone on the east side to drop by for a short visit I do skype video.
Update 6 April 2018----I have been hiking with friends in the far west valley, about 20 min drive from my home. I have also gone hiking off I-17 north of Shangri La. I have also done the walking trail around Shangri La Ranch. Yet there are a few members that refuse to allow me to hike with them, much less even ride with them, because I list myself as a disabled veteran (which I am) yet these same individuals have either never met me or just spent 30 seconds at my front door. Hopefully as warmer weather arrives other members of TN will be more sociable.
