Return to DiscussionsI was expecting my guest to arrive late friday evening, but about 2pm friday afternoon an unknown car pulled in my driveway. Of course I was nude and thought about answering the door nude, but since it was a chilly day, I slipped on my sarong before opening the door. The guy immediately said " I am Glenn your Airbnb guest, they let us out of work early , so I am early" He was also filthy, being a welder at a local shop
he had days worth of grime built up. I showed him to the shower. He never shut the door to shower and came out totally naked. Fine by me. We had not discussed nudity at all. I asked him if he wanted to soak in the hot and he did not hesitate . We had a good hour and half soak before I had to leave for a bit. I had to ask him to put something on to move his car. He is going to stay a few more nights. I certainly know I won't be scrambling to put clothes on anytime soon.

he has worn out his welcome. besides casual nudity we do not have much in common. His chain smoking even though only done outside is annoying and has stunk up the back porch. His clothes reek of it inside the few times he has worn them. But when he is not wearing them
they are laying in his room upstairs making it stink. Good thing we have had warm days and i can air out the house a bit.
I wont be booking him to return. clothed or naked

I never smoked, but I did work bingo for my church when smoking was allowed.
When I did, my wife wanted me to go directly to the laundry room when I got home, put everything I was wearing in the wash and shower before coming to bed.
I had a guest arrive once free of clothes. he arrived at the airport, picked him up, he got naked in the car, had no clothes other than the ones he wore on the plane. and he stayed naked for almost a week. amazing to have someone like that visit.

I read on another board that someone did something similar.
He put a small carry on bag with one set of clothes in the trunk, told the owner not to give it to him until he was ready to leave, got naked in the car and threw his clothes out the window!
I host regular guests on AIRBNB and nudists on MR B&B. As a host, i insist on guests texting upon arrival in airport( most are travellers) and would not tolerate early arrivals fronting up at the door, as I work and need time to get the place ready. I would have sent the guest back to return at agreed time. such an early arrival woulda sent alarm bells, seems rude and unthoughtful, not the kind of guest I would like, and to arrive dirty at one's front door indicates an unthoughtful UN-empathetic guest.
With my nude guests, nuding up is either straight away, or a slow burn, depending on the comfort of my guest, which is always paramount, as some are new to nudism, amd take time to settle in a new environment with what starts off as being strangers. I have enjoyed many nude guests from around the world, some of which have become friends. I think hosting nude removes social barriers , and creates a warm connected open relationship from the get go.
That said, one of my airbnb guests( who are not nudists) arrived. AFter a few days we really got on, and somehow the topic of nudism emerged, and he too is one, so from then on we hung out nude throughout his stay.
I visited him in Darwin a few times. He lives on a smallholding, off the grid, and grows all he eats. wonderful to be naked together in a healthy environment, on a large property with no privacy issues. We even hiked naked in the surrounding national park, sotpping by at several pristine falls and lakes, and we are still intouch four years later.
