This article below says that this morning a tourist has been seen swimming naked and then walking around the beach naked in Vlora. The article also mention that there have also been other reports of tourists roaming naked on beaches in Albania. Well, I find it brave of him to do such an act in a public beach, although it's obvious that at that hour the beach is empty, and it does not seem that he is offending anyone. Probably the attitude of the locals it might have changed some, although the news still report such occurrences like a shameful inhibited acts. I still hope the attitude will change in time though. :)
