One answer I got was: 5 weeks during recovery from knee surgery. The guy had in home care and a physical therapist both female who were fine with him nude while he recovered. He said it made the nurse's job easier as far as bathing etc and did not have to change clothes. His physical therapist was fine with coaching a nude guy . He only got dressed once his therapy included walks outside.
I live a full time nudist and only put on clothes to run errands, which is usually once a week. My nephew lived with me for a while and, during Covid lock down, he would get groceries and stuff that we needed. I went 48 days clothes free, and only got dressed because my nephew needed me to jump his car in a parking lot.
I went a five weeks after breaking a bone in my ankle and having a cast on my leg. I was unable to drive and could work from home. Maneuvering around the house on crutches and a scooter , it was just easier to stay naked. Had a few interesting encounters with deliveries from UPS and Fed Ex, and the exterminator!
